Hi! I’m Noura, your endocrine dietitian.

I help you overcome PCOS, diabetes, or hypothyroidism by empowering you with knowledge and skills to nourish your life and claim your health.

Nutrition and lifestyle are an essential part for PCOS, diabetes, and hypothyroidism care. I helped many people living with those conditions.

You may be living with PCOS not knowing when your period is coming back, losing hair, getting more hair on your face and body, getting acne, craving carbs, gaining weight, and feeling tired and fatigued all the time.

You may be living with pre-diabetes or diabetes stressing about your blood sugar, moving from “highs” and “lows”, not understanding your treatment, being confused with all the information online, and not knowing what to eat.

You may be living with hypothyroidism, experiencing fatigue, brain fog, hair loss, weight gain, sensitivity to cold, and you want to feel like yourself again.

I don’t believe in restrictive diets.
I believe that food is more than just fuel.
I believe that perfectionism has no place in achieving health.

You don’t have to be confused or trying to find your way alone.

My mission is to empower you to conquer PCOS, diabetes, and hypothyroidism with nutrition and lifestyle without restrictions.

I take you on a journey using a holistic approach to health with food freedom and body positivity.

More About Me

My first job as a Registered Dietitian was at an endocrinologist’s office and my first client was a teenage girl with PCOS.

I came to nutrition and dietetics from my great love of science that started in childhood. I pursued my dream to become a Registered Dietitian after completing a BSc in Dietetics at the United Arab Emirates University, Dietitians Pre-Registration Program at Ryerson University, and an MSc in Nutrition at the University of Saskatchewan.

I also gained my Certified Diabetes Educator certificate from the Canadian Diabetes Educators Certification Board after my experience working with people with diabetes.

Learning new things and meeting new people are two things I enjoy. You guessed it: I’m an extrovert. I still get my introverted moments though. I love learning through reading and listening. Yes to books, blogs, and podcasts! And meeting people is now easier than ever via technology!

I am a mother of a boy and a girl. I learn a lot from them as they’re growing.
